WE ARE

A high-performance esports club and professional services company headquartered in Cork, Ireland.

Built to shape a sustainable esports industry, WYLDE operates the National Esports Centre, providing first-class esports facilities, our esports academy, and a digital skills college alongside a tournament and event space.

Our growth is the product of our dedication and knowledge of the esports and gaming sectors, as well as our management team’s clear vision and innovation.

2021
THE BEGINNING

Launched in January 2021 and born to inspire a generation of the possibilities of esports through professionalism, performance, and determination.

WYLDE, co-owned by Usain Bolt, almost immediately activated within Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and FIFA with competitive rosters and athletes, achieving domestic successes by securing the inaugural FIFA21 eLeague of Ireland Championship & crowning the FIFA21 Digicel Jamaican Championships.

2022
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE SUCCESS

Our Rainbow Six roster was crowned EU Gamers Without Border Champions, qualifying for the Gamers8 and reaching the semi-finals in Saudi Arabia, beating Team Liquid & Space Station Gaming. 2022 also saw WYLDE sign agreements with global strategic partners such as PUMA and launch a dedicated esports academy powered by Virgin Media. Our nationwide A-Games & Gamers are Athletes TV, radio, OOH & stadium take-over campaigns further amplified WYLDE into mainstream focus.

2023
EXPANSION CONTINUED

Our impact expanded into education as WYLDE launched the first esports degree on the island of Ireland with Belfast Metropolitan College.

In competition, WYLDE achieved Tier One status in the Rainbow Six EU League (ranked 5th), entered VALORANT Challengers France (reaching semi-finals) and Trackmania (ranked 5th at the World Championships).

From a brand activation, WYLDE entered in-game branding activations and hosted the largest dedicated esports LAN with Virgin Media, searching for esports academy talent.

2024
A NEW HOME

The competitive focus remained, retaining our Rainbow Six EU League position, a Rocket League Championship Series roster for the 4th consecutive season, and the Trackmania team (ranked 4th in the Formula E Champs).

Our domestic focus backed an all-Irish VALORANT roster, and our FIFA athletes retained the eLeague of Ireland Championship.

The pinnacle of 2024 was creating our new home, the National Esports Centre, a best-in-class facility for the entire esports and gaming ecosystem.

Established in 2021, we are committed to celebrating and bringing together young people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. This dedication and a proven ability to connect generations, bound through esports and gaming, has provided valuable insight through performance, entertainment, and education

Perspective has been achieved on the future path of entertainment, a disruptive sports landscape through technology, and a dynamic education and up-skilling space.

Our insight is increasingly utilised by brands, partners, policymakers, educators, and more to determine the knowledge required today for future decisions.
