The WYLDE Rainbow Six Siege players ended the 2023 off-season in perfect style. The team secured victory in the first ever Ubisoft North Europe Rainbow Rumble Championship. The event was held over both July and August, featured close to 120 teams primarily made up of the finest players from across Northern European countries, including Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Working through qualifiers, groups, and playoffs, only two teams made the grand final. Once again, WYLDE faced off against our old rivals in HEROIC and set up a Tier 1 showdown. With no mistakes made, WYLDE took victory in dominant fashion.
Now all eyes switch rapidly to the start of regular season of the Tier 1 Ubisoft BLAST R6 European League. With the European League title, prize money, precious Six Invitational Global ranking points and a place at the BLAST Atlanta Major on the line, it’s all to play for.
Perhaps there is time for a bootcamp at the WYLDE Academy, powered by Virgin Media Ireland ….
