Committed to creating champions
WYLDE is an esports club built for professionals to excel on the global and domestic stage.
Through a combination of scouting, on and off-the-server supports, and a best-in-class academy structure based on some of the most impactful youth programmes across traditional sports, our track record has established WYLDE as a pioneer in elevating grassroots esports talent to domestic and international success.
We are committed to further empowering talent through our dedicated esports academy, alongside personal development and educational courses at the National Esports Centre, the home of esports on the island of Ireland.

We know Esports
WYLDE has been competing at the highest level across five titles for over four years, achieving both international and domestic success. Through strategic relationships with publishers, developers and tournament organisers, we have developed a deep below-the-surface understanding of the esports and gaming industry, and it’s impact, trajectory and potential.

Applied Relevance
We’ve built our programmes to ensure that experience is applied and that players can learn in actual tournament settings. Our Rainbow Six and VALORANT academy teams compete at the top of the Tier 2 circuits, with real pathways into top level competition.

Real pathways
During our 2 years competing in VALORANT Challengers, 8 out of the 16 members of our academy structure were scouted by existing Tier 1 rosters to compete in global competition, cementing WYLDE as a leader when it comes to finding and creating top talent.
